Thank you for choosing boxwoods.ae! We want to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us, and to that end, we have outlined our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy below.
We, boxwoods.ae strive to provide a completely hassle-free returns to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To receive a refund/exchange or credit for the purchase price paid, returned items must be unopened, unworn, and in the original box and/or packaging. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. For hygiene & safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns, for more information, please see Return Exceptions list below.
All bundled items, kits and costume sets must be returned with all components for a refund.
1. RETURNS PROCEDURE
To arrange for your item(s) to be returned, please contact us by email: support@boxwoods.ae or by phone at +971 54 564 0414, a member of our Customer Support Team will get in touch with you shortly.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
2. REFUND PROCEDURE
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 21 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
3. EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Contact our customer service team at support@boxwoods.ae or +971 54 564 0414 to request an exchange and obtain an RMA number.
- Follow the return process as specified in section 1
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.
- You would be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs for the exchanged item(s).
4. CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund
5. SHIPPING COSTS & RESTOCKING FEES
Unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid depending on how severe the damage of the item is. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs for all return or exchange items must be paid for by the customer.
6. RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Cosmetics/makeup/Face paints
- Undergarments, hosiery, socks and stockings
- Soiled, dirty or damaged goods and/or garments
- Bundles, Party Kits and/or Costume Sets containing any of the above mentioned items
- Helium Tanks
7. PROCESSING TIME
Once our Customer Support Team has been notified of your request to return, it usually takes 3-5 business days for us to receive the returned item(s), perform a quality check, update your account and issue a refund. Depending on method of payment, your bank/financial institution may take 2-21 additional business days to process the transaction.
