Delivery and Shipping Policy

We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible, and that includes providing transparent information about our delivery and shipping practices. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

 1. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to locations within UAE. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at sales@boxwoods.ae

 2. Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days after receiving payment. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to you through courier service. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you select. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

 3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order. You can see the shipping  costs at the checkout before finalizing your purchase. We may offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, and this information will be clearly displayed on our website.

 4. Shipping Methods:

Currently we offer only standard shipping method. Upon confirmation of the payment, we will ship through local courier service. Estimated delivery time is maximum 2 business days, however it may vary based on your location and size of the shipment.

 5. Multiple Shipments / Orders:

The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. We may ship all your orders within one delivery, provided the orders are received same day.

 6. International Shipping:

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. Boxwoods.ae is not responsible for these charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on import duties and fees.

 7. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information you provided. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

 8. Delivery Issues:

If you encounter any issues with your delivery or if your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team at sales@boxwoods.ae. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem.

 9. Change of Shipping Address:

f you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the shipping details before the order is shipped.
